DATA WE COLLECT

In order to provide quality products along with the best possible experience for every site visitor, personal information is collected both automatically and when provided by the user.
Information provided by the User
Personal information is provided by the user when submitting the Contact form, and to facilitate a transaction during checkout.
The Contact form collects name and email address in order to properly address your question and concern. This information will only be stored as long as required to address the user inquiry.

Information collected automatically
This site automatically collects personal data through cookies (see below) and other similar technologies to power our site analytics provided by Squarespace. This includes information about your browser, network, device, sites visited prior to visiting Unbeknownst Co. and your IP address. It may also include technical data like clicks, pages visited, scrolling, etc. All data collected for analytics is used to help us to fix common issues and make our site more accessible for all.

Unbeknownst Co. shares information with third party services only when necessary to provide our services to the user. We do not sell any personal information to third parties.
This site is hosted by Squarespace. In order for our host to provide website services to us, we share the information listed above with Squarespace. For example, when you make a purchase from this site, we share the billing/shipping address, details related to your purchase, email, name and phone number with Squarespace. As you go through checkout, this site may auto-complete your shipping and billing address by sharing what you type with the Google Places API and returning suggestions to you to improve your checkout experience. You may also receive emails about your order from Squarespace including alerts such as “you’ve made a purchase” or “your order has shipped”. It is not possible to unsubscribe from these emails.

This site uses Google Analytics to analyze the use of our website. Google analytics gathers information by means of cookies (see above for further explanation). For more information about how Google uses your data, please see Google’s privacy policy.
